It's all kicking off

After a few phone calls this morning...products flying in through the kitchen door

Tom's back from Thailand Hand-Dived Scallops back on the special board with Jersey Royal Salad. Tom is on top form this year so the banter is good. 

Amal Grow our local Veg growers salad season started, Jersey Reds are making tasty chips as per usual and I'm Happy

Martin from Happy Hens picking Jersey Asparagus, season may last 3-4 weeks it's been a bumper crop and he's happy

Darren from Classic Herd is sending me down all the Ice-cream flavours under the Sun. The black-butter is super-tasty, THE FRUITS OF THE FOREST IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!
He's always Happy

Steve and Gary can expect a call from me too
Mackerel should be running soon and the alluring Sea-bass are somewhere out there, just below the reef, I don't know exactly where but they Do! (update Sea-bass June, Mackerel July) 

I knew it was  a Monday when I ordered Fennel Seeds and received Ginger Powder !!!

All in All refurb nearly finished and it's a great time to be in the kitchen!
